Please be patient. Our products are carefully made to order and shipped by Ground UPS. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has shipped.
Depending on where it is going, shipment generally takes between one and five business days.(See map below).
You should provide a contact telephone number for the recipient. This will save a great deal of time and trouble in the event UPS has a problem making delivery. Note that shipping times are NOT guaranteed.
Our products have an unrefrigerated shelf life of at least three weeks. Your order will be as delicious upon arrival as it was when it left our bakery. Products can also be kept frozen for up to one year.

IMPORTANT – These are perishable items and we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If the box is badly damaged upon arrival, notify the UPS driver. We will replace severely damaged items – but only if you have also notified UPS.
